Teresa and I worked at Humana, where she served as Director of Clinical Operations, leading the operations teams and strategy for Special Needs Plan product across 21 states, and 15 markets. During her time with in this role, we redesigned the operational model to enhance the health risk assessment, and medical record platform to support operational efficiency with the first year annualized saving of 15 million dollars. In collaboration, Teresa reached cross the aisle to partner with Quality, Compliance and market leadership to support an efficient, compliant operations team to successful deliver an enhanced model designed to meet all protocols and Quality Work Plan objectives. Teresa is an innovative leader with experience in driving quality improvement and compliance, while meeting the demands of operational efficiency to drive success.
